I just upgraded my Komplete 10 Ultimate version of Reaktor 5 to the new Reaktor 6, but only received the serial number for Reaktor 6 and not the factory library. Also, since installing, I've been getting error messages any time I try to load a preset in Monark within an instance of Komplete Kontrol. Anyone know why I don't have a serial for the factory library? When I purchased the upgrade it said it was included, and the download for the library installed but couldn't be activated with my Reaktor 6 serial number. Running OSX 10.9.5 on an iMac in Logic Pro X.

Hi, I am experiencing the following annoying issue. I have Komplete 10 (so I have Reaktor 5 installed and correctly registered) on OS X 10.10.5, I've recently installed the demo of Flesh just to check how it sounds and so I've installed Reaktor 6 Player (since it is required by Flesh).

Maybe I've clicked on a wrong link and I have download the full version instead of the player, since it was always asking me to activate it every time that I was trying to launch also fully registered ensembles (as Razor and Monark). So I've uninstalled following this procedure , restarted my Mac, download Reaktor 6 Player and installed it again.

Now every time that I use the Browse button of KK to open an Reaktor ensemble this screen is shown: The strange thing is that it happens only with KK, if I open Reaktor 6 (standalone or VST/AU), it correctly loads Reaktor 6 Player and no activation request is shown. So I would to know how it is possible to fix this issue and if it is possible in the KK browser to distinguish between Reaktor 5 and Reaktor 6.
